The Training and Education Task Force coordinates the Chamber's ongoing partnership with the academic and training community in France and acts as liaison with appropriate associations and French government institutions on relevant issues. Its members include representatives of business, education institutions, and professionals in the education and training field.
As part of its activities, the task force hosts training events and presentations that may be of a general interest to the members of the Chamber.

On May 13, 2009, AmCham held a conference titled : "The Future of Training and Education: How New Technologies are Changing the Landscape". There were six speakers that gave a presentation on the topic. Through these presentations we were able to examine the tools, how they are being used, and what the future may bring. AmCham France Starts Legal English Training Program!
The American Chamber of Commerce’s Training and Education Task Force, in conjunction with Legal Lingua, LLC today announced the launch of the first Legal English Training Program for avocats, juristes, legal staff and students in preparation for the International Legal English Certificate (ILEC) developed by the University of Cambridge. The training program is designed to improve the legal English skills of non-native English speaking legal professionals who work in an international environment.
